What Can I Fit in My Bogg Bag? (The Best Work Bag)

I have officially hit the nesting stage and I’m loving organization and anything that makes my life easier. Until recently, I carried three, sometimes four, bags to work. That got on my nerves if I’m being completely honest. The straps were always getting tangled, and it was just a headache. Plus, on top of all of that I had my Stanley cup and sometimes a coffee cup (if I treated myself to Dunkin) to deal with. So, I broke down and bought a Bogg Bag. Honestly, I thought they we overrated to begin with, but I’ve quickly changed my mind. Let’s talk about everything I can fit into this bag.

My Purse

I have a Rebecca Minkoff Love Crossbody that fits perfectly in the top of my Bogg Bag. Plus, there is a lot of room left for when I change to a bigger purse.

My Lunch Bag

My Bentgo Deluxe Lunch Bag is the first thing that I put in my bag each morning. There is still plenty of room left my other necessities. Also, I highly suggest a Bentgo Classic lunch box for a compact way to carry your lunch. Both my bag and lunch box are in the color Coastal Aqua. It matches perfectly with my bag in Under the Sea(Foam).

My Happy Planner

I have to have my Classic Happy Planner with me at all times. It fits perfectly in this bag, and I don’t have to worry about smushing it like I did with my other work bag.

My Books

Right now, I’m carrying a copy of Bag of Bones by Stephen King. It’s a chunky book and it still fits perfectly. I don’t have it in a sleeve because it’s a pretty used copy already, but I will probably keep my paperbacks in a book sleeve just to give them a little more protection.

My IPad

I don’t carry this everyday but there is room to carry it when I need it.

My Stanley Cup

I bought a Bogg Bevy so that I can carry my Stanley cup with me but still have my hands free. One thing I noted was that my cup is a little top heavy, so I wedge my purse against it for extra support. If you’re looking for a cup holder for your Bogg Bag you might want to check Etsy first. They have them specifically to keep Stanley cups secured. I wish that I went that route, but the Bevy does well enough.

Chargers/Medication/Everyday Essentials

Lastly, there are two clear pouches that come with the bag, and I use them to store my smaller miscellaneous items. There is a surprising amount of room in the pouches, so I was able to secure my everyday essential.

So that’s everything I can fit in my Bogg Bag. I will admit it’s a tad heavy and bulky so keep that in mind. But it’s worth the extra weight to be able to contain all of my essentials and still have my hands free every morning. Plus, I love the fact that it’s completely washable and it will probably double as my beach bag when we go on vacation in August.
