After decluttering my tbr shelf I realized that I’m running out of room on my read bookshelves. I cannot physically fit another bookshelf in my room, so the only option is to get rid of books. So, here’s what I’m unhauling as the bookshelf decluttering continues.
Ninth House

I loved Ninth House, but I didn’t enjoy Hell Bent so I decided to dnf the series. I kept Ninth House for a while, but I don’t see a point in keeping it if I don’t want to finish the series.
The Folk of the Air Trilogy

I love this series and have fond memories of it but it’s not a favorite. I want to pass it on to someone who will love it.
The Halloween Tree

I know I’ve read this, but I have no memory of it.
Small Favors

Like the rest of these I enjoyed it but didn’t love it. I don’t see the point in keeping it.
The Bog Wife

The Bog Wife was bizarre in the best way, but I don’t want to keep it.
And so that’s my bookshelf decluttering for today. If you’re interested in any of these check out my Pangobooks shop. Every purchase helps support the blog.

Nice job decluttering! I think I need to offload my copy of Ninth House too — I liked it, but didn’t feel invested enough to continue. I’m planning to do another Pango purge this weekend too 🙂
Pango purges are super satisfying!
yes to decluttering 🙌📚 but as a reader it can feel kinda impossible (because i get so attached) + wishing you luck on the declutter! great to read about your journey and I really like your approach because I’m also considering more about my memories attached to the book i’m unsure of keeping instead of just holding onto it. what a fun post!
It took me years to get rid of a few of these because I do have fond memories of them. I am excited to make room for more new memories though.
