I Love Spring Book Tag

When I planned to do this tag, it was 75 degrees and sunny outside. But today we’re expecting a snowstorm, which is unusual for Alabama. But I’m hoping this tag will bring back all the fun spring feelings that I had a week ago. Let’s get into the I Love Spring Tag.

How is spring where you live?

Spring in Alabama is unpredictable. This week we’re expecting snow. Next week might be tornadoes. It also might be 30 degrees, or it might be 85 degrees. We never really know. And let me tell you it makes getting dressed in the morning complicated.

Most anticipated book release this spring?

Fevered Star is my most anticipated book this spring. I loved Black Sun and I can’t wait to return to that world. Also, I’m going to be doing a post on my most anticipated spring releases in a few weeks, so don’t forget to subscribe if you’re interested.

Show us a book cover that makes you think of spring.

I read Jane Eyre in the spring and this cover really makes me think of spring. It makes me think of all of the beautiful flowers that will bloom soon.

Where are you going to read this spring?

Hopefully outside. I have a new hammock to break in this year. And this girl needs some sun.

Find a cover with the sun on it.

I guess this counts. There is an outline of the sun on the cover. Plus, the word sun appears on the cover. So Black Sun is what I’m going with.

What are your favorite spring reads?

Alice in Wonderland and Matilda always make me think of spring. Especially Matilda. Miss Honey’s house is full of beautiful flowers and sunshine. If that isn’t a spring vibe, I don’t know what is.

Find a book with many different colors on it.

I’ve never read The Candy House, but it definitely has a lot of color on it. It’s quite eye catching.

That wraps up the I Love Spring Tag. If you want to play along, I tag you. And tell me what spring is like where you live in the comments.
