A New Edition to My Vintage Library

Last weekend I went wedding dress shopping with my cousin’s fiancée and my mother. We ended up being a little early to her appointment and lucky for me there was a used book shop a couple of doors down. So of course I had to go in.

The name of the store was Recollected Books, and it was a book lovers dream. They had a ton of beautiful editions and classics all througout the store. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but then I found this gorgeous edition of The Grapes of Wrath to add to my vintage library.

The William Morris Binding

This is an edition from The International Collector’s Library from 1958. This binding style is called The William Morris Binding.

This card was included with the book. I thought that was really cool.

So that’s my newest edition to my vintage library. It looks so pretty on my shelf.
