Historical Fiction on My TBR

My tbr shelf is getting overwhelming. I think it’s time to do some organizing. I’m really bad to only buy certain genres. Then I will eventually burn myself out on that genre and the books I bought will go unread. So I’m going to start taking notes on what genres I have on my shelf that need to be read. Today I’m going to start with historical fiction. Let’s dive in.

Surviving Savannah

I bought this last year when we were in Savannah. I’ve just never picked it up. Honestly, I sort of forgot that I had it. I think a historical fiction about one of my favorite cities will be a fun read. I need to get to it soon.

Winter of the World

I’m honestly ashamed that I haven’t finished this one. It was one of my favorite series for quite some time. But honestly, this just proves that I need to pull stuff off the shelf sometimes. It’s easy to forget about a book when it’s packed away on a shelf, but having it in my hands brings back the memories from this series.

Edge of Eternity

I loved this series so much I figured I would dive right into the last book, so I had it on my shelf to be prepared. Obviously, that didn’t happen, but I think it’s time to revisit this series soon.

Hester

This is a new edition to my shelf that I look forward to reading. I loved The Scarlet Letter so I’m interested to read this origin story.

The London Seance Society

Another new edition to my shelf. I loved The Lost Apothecary and I can’t wait to see what the author has in store for The London Seance Society.

Those are the historical fiction books that I have on my shelf. Have you read any of these? Which one should I prioritize. Let me know in the comments.
