A Small Book Haul

I’ve got to stop buying books. I’ve said that in pretty much all of my last book hauls. But yet I’ve bought more books, and now I’m going to tell on myself to the entire internet. In my defense, this is a small book haul. Let’s get to it.

Little Girls

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Ronald Malfi’s writing. Now that I’m in such a horror mood I decided to give one of his books a try. I haven’t heard a ton about Little Girls. Black Mouth seems to be his most popular book. But I love a good ghost story, so I decided to try this one first.

Lone Women

I used to love homesteader books. And Lone Women takes a homesteader story and throws a bit of horror into the mix. I’m really interested to see how this one turns out.

The Soul Mate

I don’t know anything about The Soulmate. I chose it for my June BOTM choice because it’s a thriller. The choices this month didn’t really interest me, but I wanted The Lone Women, so I chose this one.

So that’s my small book haul. I know there will be one more haul in June because I’m dying to go browse a bookstore. But that’s it for this book haul.
