A Weird Reading Weekend

Reading Howling Dark

Hi. Happy Monday. My brain has been offline all weekend, and it seems to have carried over to today. It doesn’t help that I fell asleep on the couch last night and woke up at about 3:00 this morning. I wake up for work at 5:00. So today is Monday indeed.

April has become unexpectedly busy with my spring cleaning, gardening, and getting ready for Easter it hasn’t left a lot of time for reading. On Saturday, I jumped back and forth between three books. I don’t normally start multiple books at a time but here I am. I read about fifty pages in Gardens of the Moon, twenty pages of Howling Dark, and ten pages of The Grace of Kings. Over the weekend nothing really stuck with me, but today Howling Dark seems to have picked up and I’m going to try to commit to it.

I hope your reading weekend was a little less confusing. Let me know what you read in the comments. And here’s to hoping that I actually finish a book this week. I’m starting to feel like a fraud of a book blogger, haha.
