It’s the first day of fall so you know we’ve got to talk about all the books that I’m excited about this season. And trust me there are some good ones coming out. Let’s get into my fall 2025 anticipated book releases.
A Land So Wide
Release Date: September 2, 2025
I’m excited to give Erin A. Craig’s first adult novel a read. She does a great job at creating unsettling settings. A Land So Wide is also based on Scottish folklore, and I just think it’s going to be perfect for this time of year.
Play Nice
Release Date: September 9, 2025
Rachel Harrison is an auto-buy author for me and the fact that this is a haunted house story is even better. I’ve actually finished Play Nice already and I’m obsessed. I’ll have a review coming later in the week.
Widow’s Point
Release Date: September 30, 2023
I read Memorials by Richard Chizmar earlier in the year and had a great time. After reading the synopsis for Widow’s Point I think I will love it just as much.
The Land of Sweet Forever
Release Date: October 21, 2025
Lastly, I can’t wait to grab a copy of The Land of Sweet Forever. Harper Lee will always be one of my favorite authors and I’m so happy to read more of her work.
