Decorating is one of my favorite parts of Halloween. Last year I didn’t decorate at all due to pregnancy, remodeling, leg injury, etc. So, I went a little over the top this year. I just wanted to take a second to show off a few of my favorite pieces. Here are my Halloween 2025 decorations.
My Bookish Buffet

I have my great grandmother’s buffet in my living room, and it is one of my favorite places to decorate.
Cracker Barrel Ghost

Cracker Barrel Ghosts were all the rage a couple of years back. I was obsessed. I bought the last one at the Cracker Barrel near me in like July or something crazy like that.
Lemax Spellbound Books and Terrible Tales

I didn’t know I needed this, but I saw the display at Michael’s and I immediately wanted it. They were actually out but they sold us the display. Honestly, it makes me want to start a Halloween village.
Royal Typewriter

This is my Royal Typewriter. It’s not a Halloween display. It lives here year-round. It’s too heavy to move. I just decorate around it. I got it for $20 at a flea market. It doesn’t work but it looks cool.
Poe Bust/Spooky Books

I love to decorate with books, and I had these spooky classics laying around. I figured my Poe bust would look great on top of them.
Haunted Skull Tree

I’m not sure where I got this, but I love it. I’ve had it a few years now.
Friendly Neon Ghost

I found this guy a couple of years back on clearance at Target. This is my first year using him. He waves his arms around and puts off enough light that you can see the glow through my blinds.
The Mantel

I also love to decorate my mantel and hearth. That was the first place I started decorating when we bought the house.
Upcycled Painting

When the thrift store ghost painting thing became a trend, I had to jump on board. And honestly, I still love it. You can check that post out here.
Sleepy Hollow Merch

I couldn’t say no to Ichabod Crane’s tombstone. The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is still one of my faves.
Vampire Snoopy

I went through another Dracula phase last year. And it just so happened I stumbled across vampire snoopy on sale at Lowes the day after Halloween. I got him for $11. We were actually there to get the stuff for the finishing touches on our remodel, and I came home with him and forgot some of the important stuff in the meantime.
Sam’s Club Pumpkin

My husband bought this at Sam’s Club this year and I’m just in love with it.
So that’s just a quick little peak at a few of my Halloween 2025 decorations.
