Colibri Planner Unboxing

I have been loyal to Happy Planner for years. Since college if I’m remembering correctly. But I ran across this Colibri Planner on Facebook and it looked like it was everything I needed in one place. It’s called The Works, which brings to mind my nachos order at the local drive inn theater, but I digress. I’m really excited to give this a try.

Dashboard Page

If I’m being completely honest, I want to color this page. It’s gorgeous and I think it will look great with a few pops of color as well.

2026/2027 Calendar

This is classic layout and it’s convenient to have on hand.

Goals Page

I love this goals page because it gives plenty of room to add new goals over the year. That’s important because goals change over time and new goals pop-up.

2026/2027 Holiday Lists

This is going to be convenient for working around Cj’s work schedule because it lists the days of the week and the date that each holiday falls on.

Birthday Tracker

I love having this birthday tracker. I’m the worst at keeping up with birthdays but now I have no excuse.

Monthly Goals Page

The monthly goals page is set for three main goals and then it has a to list for the month.

Monthly Calendar

The daily boxes in the monthly calendar are lined, and I think that’s going to be a huge help. It’s one of those things that I didn’t know I needed but I do.

Monthly Budget Tracker/Meal Plan

This is what sold me on this planner. I love the fact that it has a budget tracker, and a weekly meal plan page built right in. If you buy all of the Happy Planner expansions it can get a little pricey.

Weekly Dashboard

I LOVE the fact that there are habit trackers and water intake trackers in the weekly dashboard.

Important Dates, Password Tracker, and Contacts Tracker

Lastly, at the end of the planner there is an important dates section, a password tracker, and a contacts tracker.

Stickers

There is only one page of stickers. Not sure if that will be enough but I have plenty left from other planners.

Folder

I didn’t realize this had a folder, so I also paid to have a plastic pocket inserted. I think both will be handy but next time I’ll just stick with the folder.

So that’s my 2026 Colibri planner. I might do an update later in the year to see if it’s working for this Happy Planner convert.
