Healthier Reading Snacks

I’ve been on a health journey since having my daughter. So far, I’m down almost eighty pounds. I’ve mostly focused on prioritizing protein and exercise. I’ve had to make a lot of changes to my eating including my snacks. I wanted to take a second to share a few of the healthier reading snacks that I’ve been loving.

Lesser Evil Popcorn

Popcorn in general is a good high-volume, low-calorie snack. I love Lesser Evil because it is just a touch more tender than the rest of the prepackaged popcorn I’ve tried. And it’s popped in coconut oil, and I love the flavor of it.

Magic Spoon Protein Treats

Next up, I love these Magic Spoon protein treats. They taste so much like a rice crispy treat, but they’re higher in protein and fiber and lower in sugar. It’s a sweet treat that doesn’t spike my blood sugar quite as bad.

Clean Simple Eats Protein Coffee

If you’ve been on my Instagram for more than a minute, you’ll know I love a good coffee when I read. Since I’ve been prioritizing protein a protein coffee is a great way to supplement my normal intake. Clean Simple Eats is my personal favorite. They have a ton of flavors and I’ve loved them all.

Chomps Beef Sticks

Lastly, I wanted to mention Chomps beef sticks. I keep these everywhere. I’m actually eating one at the moment. My personal favorite is the jalapeno flavor but there are so many options.

So those are a few healthier reading snacks that I’ve added to my rotation. They keep me full and satisfied without sacrificing my goals.
