I had a lot of time to work on my February 2022 bullet journal during quarantine. I decided to try out a few things I’ve never done before. There are some imperfections, but I really like the way it turned out. So let’s get to it.
Cover Page

So here’s a little fact about me. I love evergreen trees. And for my birthday my husband bought me this gorgeous evergreen tree necklace that had a little card with a quote inside. That card inspired this whole theme. I knew I wanted to include that quote so I put it on the left side of my cover pages. Then for the next page I wanted to try to watercolor an evergreen tree. I practiced it a ton before I actually put it on the page. I know I still need more practice, but I’m so happy with the way it turned out.
TBR/Review Page

For the rest of the spread I wanted to continue the trees, but I’m running out of watercolor. So I decided to use my Tombow dual ended marker. This wasn’t exactly ideal so they’re a bit messier than what I would like. But overall, I like how it turned out.
Books Bought/ Books Read

On my tbr/review pages I just included the trees and the title, but that looked a little plain to me. So when in doubt I add a box. I just like the way that looks. Then I added the green pop of color up top that rounded everything out. And to keep with the foresty theme I’m filling in all my writing in brown. I just really like this color palette.
Wrap Up/DNF

My wrap up page is the last page that matches the rest of the theme. I keep my dnf page relatively simple, but I did add this cute little sticker in the corner. I just love it.
Favorite

Lastly, my favorite page is mostly blank because I print a picture of my favorite book to put there.
So that’s my February 2022 bullet journal. I’m pretty happy with the way it turned out. I think my favorite part about about bullet journaling is getting to practice new techniques. It’s always fun to experiment.
