My physical tbr is huge right now and it’s overwhelming me, so it’s time to do some unhauling. I was debating what to read after I finish Elantris and after staring at my shelf for about fifteen minutes I’ve decided that I have no interest in a lot of the books on my shelf, and that’s a problem. These have been on my shelf for quite some time and it’s time to move on. If I haven’t read them yet I’m probably not going to. So let’s do a spring cleaning book unhaul.
The Glass Castle

I like memoirs, but most of the time I like to listen to them on audiobook. I bought The Glass Castle physically last year because I needed to read a memoir for a reading challenge. But I didn’t read it. And chances are I won’t. It does still interest me, but I would rather listen to it on audio.
The Ex Hex

Honestly, I picked up The Ex Hex because it’s witchy, but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s a romance. I thought I could get into it, but after starting it and dnfing it three time I decided it wasn’t for me.
The Night Swim

The Night Swim has been on my shelf an embarrassing amount of time. It was like one of the second Book of the Month Boxes that I received. I know it’s a thriller, but I really don’t even remember what it’s about. I just have no interest in reading it.
Malibu Rising

I bought this because I loved Daisy Jones and the Six by the same author. But Malibu Rising just didn’t have the intrigue I needed to keep me interested. I’ve heard it’s an amazing book, but it’s just not for me.
So those are the books that I decide to put in my spring cleaning book unhaul. And honestly, there will probably be more unhauls coming. I want to make room for the books that I’m really interested in.
I’ve also added these to my PangoBooks shop https://pangobooks.com/bookstore/wildwoodreads if you’re interested in any of them. I’ve still been loving PangoBooks.
Well done for managing to unhaul books that you haven’t read. I always find it really hard to do that if I haven’t read a book. I keep telling myself that I will read it at some point.
I read The Night Swim and didn’t love it.
I’ve heard a lot of people say that. I’m definitely not sad about unhauling it.
