Happy first day of Fall! It’s an absolutely gorgeous day here in Northeast Alabama. It’s currently 73 and sunny. So, let’s celebrate. Let’s talk about some of my fall 2023 anticipated book releases.
Black Sheep
Initially, this book caught my attention because I loved Cackle by the same author. I didn’t completely love Such Sharp Teeth, but the premise of Black Sheep really pulled me in. It’s based around a girl that grew up in a cult and goes back home to visit. I hope I love it as much as Cackle.

Hemlock Island
Spooky island? Check. Secluded cabin in the woods? Check. That’s really all I need to be interested in Hemlock Island. I can’t wait to pick it up for spooky season.

Killing the Witches
I’ve listened to a few Bill O’Reilly books in the past and I’ve enjoyed them. But when I saw that Killing the Witches was coming out, I knew I wanted to read it.

Iron Flame
Lastly, like I mentioned in my books I’m pre-ordering post I can’t wait to get my hands on Iron Flame. It’s probably my most anticipated on this list.

I can’t wait to read Black Sheep (loved both of her two previous books). I’m so glad I saw your post — I hadn’t had Hemlock Island on my radar, but I’m adding it to my TBR list for sure!
