Wind and Truth Quotes

Wind and Truth Quotes

Wind and Truth has to be one of the most quotable books that I’ve ever read. I had to stop every few chapters to jot a new one down. I think Brandon Sanderson pulled out all the stops to make this book epic. And for the most part, it worked. I especially enjoyed the prose in this story. So, I wanted to share a few Wind and Truth quotes that I loved.

Take a person from the darkness and show them that light still exists. It won’t fix everything, but it does make a difference.

Life breaks us. Then we fill the cracks with something stronger.

Just because something is fleeting, do not imagine it to be unimportant.

Feeling is real enough. The things in our heads can be some of the most important things in our lives.

As I fear not the child with a weapon he cannot lift, I will never fear the mind of a man who does not think.

May you have courage someday to walk away. And the wisdom to recognize the day when it arrives.

Sometimes a hypocrite is just a man in the process of changing.

Once in a while fate hits us with something that is downright poetic, doesn’t it?

And those are my favorite Wind and Truth quotes. And this post made me stop and wonder what to do with these. I have them in my phone right now, but I’m thinking about finding a notebook to put them in. What do you do when you find a quote you love? Do you do anything special with them?

  1. These quotes are wonderful, thank you for sharing them. I always highlight quotes in my Kindle books. I use the little highlighter sticky tabs to highlight quotes in my print copies too.
