Pancakes are one of my favorite winter breakfast foods. There is just something so nostalgic and cozy about them. I thought it would be fun to do this tag to bring in those cozy vibes, but apparently, we’re having summer here in Alabama now. Seriously, it was in the eighties on Saturday. But hey, I eat pancakes in the summer too. So, let’s do The Pancake Book Tag.
I found this post on Mybookworld24 but the original creator is Blogs of a Bookaholic. So be sure to check out their posts as well!

I love Patrick Rothfuss’s prose in The Name of the Wind. I really wish he would complete this series. This would be one of my top favorites. Honestly, it already is.

Hoid is one of my favorite characters. He appears throughout all the Cosmere books. Hunting him is sort of like a game and his wit never disappoints. He’s literally named Wit in The Stormlight Archives series.

Tuck Everlasting has been a comfort read for years. It’s equally beautiful and heartbreaking every time I read it. It’s one of those books that has stuck with me since childhood.

The Secret History gave me a horrible book hangover! I really felt like I was immersed in the drama of their world, and it was jarring to return to reality when it ended.

Cackle gave me cozy, indulgent feels which is weird to say because it’s technically horror. I’m obsessed with Rachel Harrison. She is the queen of cozy horror.

Nesta Archeron. I could not stand her at first, but A Court of Silver Flames really changed my mind.

Almost anything by Riley Sager keeps me guessing. The Last Time I Lied was my personal favorite.

Adolin and Shallan! I always wanted Shallan and Kaladin to become a thing, so when she ended up with Adolin I was hesitant. But I did end up enjoying them as a couple.

I’m still stuck in the Cosmere. But Moash. I hate everything about him. If you know, you know. I’ll leave it at that.

One last Cosmere mention. I think Brandon Sanderson does a great job at adding disability and mental health representation.
So that’s The Pancake Book Tag. If you want to play along, I tag you.

The Name of the Wind has been on my TBR for soooo long. I need to get around to it soone rather than later.
It’s so good! I just hate that the series isn’t finished.
This is a fun idea for a post, I’m on book 2 in the ACOTAR series so that’s good about Nesta. My daughter loves Tuck Everlasting too. Thanks for the book recs! I’ll have to look up Cackle.
Oh, you’re in for a fun ride with ACOTAR. I hope you end up loving it and Cackle!
