I’ve managed to break out of my brief reading slump but now all I want to read is horror. I might have spent a late-night stocking my Kindle with options that appealed to me right then. So here are the horror books on my Kindle. Will I read them? Maybe. Hopefully? But as of right now, I’m super excited about them.
The Exorcist’s House

The Exorcist is one of my favorite horror books. While I know this isn’t related, I would be lying to say that the title didn’t draw me in. The Exorcist’s House is at the top of my tbr list because I’ve only heard rave reviews about it.
Seed

From some of the reviews I’ve seen of Seed it sounds like it might be a bit out of my horror comfort zone. I’m hoping that’s what it takes to shake up my reading life. I need something new and fun. Plus, it was marketed as Southern gothic and folk horror so that’s enough to draw me in.
Diavola

Diavola is a haunted house horror set in a vacation house in Italy. Frankly, that sounds like the perfect summer horror in my opinion. I’m reading it right now and I’m really enjoying it. Be sure to check out my review later in the month.
The Dunwich Horror

Lastly, I added The Dunwich Horror to my Kindle. I’ve wanted to read Lovecraft, and this seemed like a good place to start. It’s set in a remote farm in Massachusetts where the legend of witches passes from town to town. I expect it to be weird, and I can’t wait to see what Lovecraft has in store.
So those are the horror books on my Kindle right now. I’d love to add more so if you have any recommendations let me know in the comments.
