Since summer is coming to an end, I thought it would be fun to do the End of Summer Book Tag. I’m not sure where this tag originated. I’ve seen it floating around Youtube for a while. But I still thought it would be fun to play along. So, let’s get to it.
What was your favorite book this summer?

The Name of the Wind was easily the best book I’ve read this summer. Honestly, I expect it to be my favorite for the entire year.
What was your least favorite book this summer?

Ugh, Hide was the worst. I really wanted to love that one.
What book do you wish you read this summer?

I wish I had read Words of Radiance this summer, but I just needed a break from the series. But I hope to get to it before the end of the year.
What was your favorite classic you read this summer?

The Fall of the House of Usher was my favorite classic. I really enjoyed it, but I also think it was the only classic I read this summer.
Did you stray into a different genre
and pick up a new and exciting book?
I didn’t really dive into a different genre. I’ve been kind of slumpy, so I stuck with my comfort zone.
What was your favorite movie adaptation this summer?

I haven’t seen it yet, but I’m really excited about the Where the Crawdads Sing adaptation.
What was your favorite new book release?

What Moves the Dead was my favorite book release. It was so creepy and atmospheric. I’ll have a review up tomorrow, so be sure to subscribe if you’re interested.
That wraps up the End of Summer Book Tag. What was your favorite book of the summer?
I really enjoyed reading this post. It’s a fun tag and I’m looking forward to reading your review of What Moves the Dead
Thanks so much! <3
I LOVED What Moves the Dead as well! 🙂
