I have an oldie but a goodie for you today. I used to love what’s in my bag posts. Honestly, I think I’m a tad nosey. But I’ve noticed a few more on Instagram lately and I wanted to join the fun. So, here’s what’s in my bookish work bag.
Vera Bradley Beige and White Striped Tote
I’ve been on the hunt for a good work tote. I used a Bogg Bag for a while, but it’s so dang heavy. I found this Vera Bradley tote on Thred Up and it’s exactly what I wanted. It’s light weight but big enough to carry all of my things.
The Big Happy Planner
I never leave the house without my Happy Planner. I’ve really enjoyed the big planner this year. If you want to see the inside check out my unboxing.
Brumate 40 oz Era Tumbler
As a former Stanley Cup girl, I think I’ve changed my allegiance. I love that the Brumate Era tumbler is leakproof. I can literally drop it in my bag and it’s good to go. Plus, look how cute it is.
Booksleeve, Current Read, and Flags
I always have my current read with me. I like to read on my lunch break, so I keep it in my bag. And I do keep my books in this book sleeve from Barnes and Noble to protect it from any bumps or tumbles. And I love that this sleeve has a front pocket because I can keep my annotation tabs in there
Bible
One of my goals for the year is to read the Bible from cover to cover. I keep a Bible in my bag and that’s how I start my morning. I’m using this Bible in a Year plan from Pinterest. This is my Bible that I carry with me because it is a little used and abused. I use my nicer She Reads Truth Bible for church and home.
Spooky Notebook
I keep a notebook with me to write reviews and other projects in. This is my favorite notebook of the moment. It was designed by an Instagram friend.
Various Writing Utensils
Lastly, I have all sorts of writing tools. I love my Vera Bradley pen. And the Stabilo Boss highlighters will forever be my favorite. I also like the pastel Zebra midliners for highlighting Bible verses. They don’t really bleed through.
