A Chattanooga Road Trip

Cj and I took a quick road trip to Chattanooga over the weekend. His schedule is about to get crazy, so we wanted to take some time to ourselves. So, here’s what we got up to.

Rodizio Grill

We started the day with brunch at Rodizio Grill. This was our first time there and we really enjoyed it. Everyone was super nice and the food was great. I might have ate my weight in grilled pineapple.

Hamilton Place Mall

After we ate, we decided to walk around the mall. I needed some Easter sandals. I didn’t find any, but I did find a great pair of boots on clearance at Belks. And of course, we stopped in Barnes and Noble. And I actually left without buying anything, which I previously thought was impossible.

Cheesecake Factory

We spent an embarrassing amount of time in the mall, so by the time we were ready to leave we were hungry again. We decided we would go to Cheesecake Factory for some appetizers and dessert. I got the Parmesan Truffle Fries and the Peach Perfect Cheesecake. It was sooo good.

McKays

Lastly, we stopped in at McKay’s. If you’re in the Chattanooga area you need to go immediately. I’m so glad I didn’t buy anything at Barnes and Noble because I found everything I wanted for over half off here. I’ll have a small haul posted on Wednesday.

So that was our quick Chattanooga road trip. It was so nice to get away and do some retail therapy.
